How do I apply?
The apply button on top of the page provides a simple online form to fill out and submit. You must complete the online application form and Confidentiality agreement for consideration.
Why must I sign a confidentiality agreement?
The companies we represent require this to protect their business. Sponsors are offering real sponsorships in a contracted personal agreement that is not intended for public knowledge. Not all sponsorships will be accepted by all they are offered to, yet the program will have been disclosed. We would never make public your personal information and we require the same from you. You should also always consider you are competing for sponsorship and the less the competition knows the better. Simply put, you are legally agreeing to not discuss our business.
How do I know if my application has been accepted?
Race Team Sponsor will review your application and then inform you of your status for sponsorship. All applicants are assigned a RTS number code. This code will be emailed to you so please provide a correct email address and ad us to your email white list.
Does it cost me anything?
It costs nothing to apply. Race Team Sponsor.com only charges a $199.95 client fee, plus ten percent of your total sponsorship amount. Our client fee is only charged once you have accepted an offer. Our percentage is only paid as you receive your sponsorship and is paid directly to Race Team Sponsor.com through your sponsor. Race Team Sponsor.com never has any hidden fees.
Do I have to pay the $199.95 client fee to receive offers?
No, our client fee is only charged once you have accepted an offer. In most cases you will have been presented a sponsorship agreement and the client fee will be due to make that agreement binding.
Do I have to pay $199.95 for each sponsorship I receive?
No, our client fee is only charged once a year for your first sponsor. We do charge ten percent of total sponsorship we place with teams (this is paid directly to us from your sponsor, out of your sponsorship amount). Applicants that are offered multiple offers will only pay our $199.95 fee once in a twelve month period no matter how many programs they are offered and accept.
Why does RTS charge a client fee?
Like any business RTS has employees to pay and other normal business expenses. Though we would love to offer our services for free we simply cant. RTS works very hard to locate business that wish to market themselves through Motorsports advertising. RTS does not charge clients a fee upfront for our services. RTS in a sense is working for free until a client accepts a sponsorship offer. RTS believes it is more than fair to recover our investment by charging a very low client fee once we have placed a sponsorship program. RTS only charges a small percentage of the total sponsorships we place. Clients will never be offered a sponsorship that is less in value than our fees.
What happens if I turn down a sponsorship offer?
Every sponsor is not a perfect fit for everyone. In the event you are offered a sponsorship and decline the offer, you will be placed back into our database. Even teams that have already accepted a sponsorship offer will continue be reviewed for other programs and offers from sponsors.
How do I receive sponsorship dollars?
Once an agreement is entered into, you will receive the benefits of your agreement directly from your sponsor, per your sponsorship agreement.
Do I need to contact Race Team Sponsor.com regarding sponsorship?
No, you need to only apply once a year to be eligible for sponsorship.
Race Team Sponsor.com will work diligently to place you with the correct sponsor. Once you are in our database you shall remain there for twelve months unless you ask to be removed.
Can I receive more than one sponsor?
Yes, candidates are chosen based on guidelines set by the sponsor. Some candidates will be a better fit for a sponsor than others. Race Team Sponsor.com does not have a pecking order and are always searching for the best fit for a sponsor.
Do you guarantee that I will receive sponsorship?
No, there is simply no way of knowing that you will qualify for one of our programs.
